Shipping Policy - Revised February 26, 2011: We ship USPS anywhere within the continental United States (no PO Boxes). When we ship USPS your order can take up to ten days to arrive. We are also shipping some of our products (from ImagiPLAY) to the UK via USPS. Please note that orders to be shipped to the UK have to be placed via an e-mail (and not our website) and paid for through Pay Pal. Once we receive your order we will get shipping costs from our warehouse and send you your total amount due.
If and when there are additional shipping charges from USPS we reserve the right to add the additionl amount to your credit card - but we will notify you first.
Shipping to APO BOXES is expensive (they charge over $1.00 per pound) and you will be charged the additional amount when your order is shipped. USPS will give us the amount when we take your packages to the post office.

Returns on ImagiBRICK Cardboard Blocks and Little Reader Blocks have a 30% restocking fee imposed by Smart Monkey Toys.
Our new line of GAMES will be shipped from Minnesota via USPS PRIORITY. These items must be ordered seperately from all other items because of the shipping method. Shipping is figured by weigtht of the item.
Handling charges:
We add a small handling fee to our orders to help with the cost of your credit card transaction fee or Pay Pal fees that we are charged; this is standard practice in the industry. Credit card companies are currently charging an average of 5% on each total order they process.
RETURN POLICY:
If you receive a toy with a manufacturing defect we must be notified within five business days via telephone or e-mail. The toy will then be replaced at no charge.
Otherwise, if you want to return any blocks or toys sold on our website, we must be notified before midnight of the 30th calendar day after the delivery date. Depending on the product being returned (for any other reason than manufacturing defect) there will be a 15% to 30% re-stocking fee. Please e-mail me at: mailto:webmaster@blocksand3dpuzzles.com before you return an item to receive your authorization number and the address to return the item to. All customers are responsible to pay for the return shipping.
Please note that we make our refunds after our warehouse verifies items are received in "new and un-opened condition ". Refunds are paid with a check and we will verify your address before we send the funds to you.
PLUSH TOYS
Our plush animal toys are shipped Fed. Ex. or USPS. We do not inflate the shipping charges. Listed below are the prices that will be charged on your order. If we are charged more that these costs by the shipper we will add the extra charges on your credit card. We will send you an e-mail and let you know when the charge is added and the amount of the transaction. There is a minimun order on plush toys of $25.00 (not including shipping and handling) and your shipping will be as follows:

***SHIPPING NOTICE: It takes five business days for your payment to be sent to our bank account (3-4 days for Pay Pal). We only send in orders to our warehouses AFTER WE RECEIVE PAYMENT. This applies during the Christmas season also.
