I, Garolyn Bowen, am the owner and web site designer. I retired in August 2006 and decided to begin selling products online to help support myself and increase the kingdom or our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Do you donate to charity?
Yes, I give to my church and several Christian Mission Organizations.
Do you ship outside the continental USA?
No, we only ship within the continental USA.
How do I know that my order went through?
When you have completed your sale and submitted your order you will receive an e-mail from us right away. At the end of each business day we review all activity on our web site and if we see that an order was started but not finished we will contact you by e-mail and let you know that your order was not submitted.
Will I be contacted when my funds have been successfully deposited into your account?
Yes. We personally send you an e-mail when our bank shows that your funds have been deposited into our account.
What do I do if my merchandise is defective?
After you open you item and find there is a manufacturing defect e-mail us at: webmaster@blocksand3dpuzzles.com with a description of the defect. Arrangements will be made to replace the defective item at no charge to you.
What happenes after I place my order?
- You will receive an automatically generated e-mail from us.
- Then, after your credit card transasction has been successfully verified, we will receive notification that a new order has been received.
- Three - five business days later, when your funds have been deposited into our bank account, we will send in your order to the warehouse. They will pull and ship it in a day or two (depending on the day of the week it was received).
- The same day your order is sent to the warehouse you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your funds were received into our bank account and that the warehouse is pulling your order. You will receive another e-mail advising you of the ship date along with your tracking number.
What shipping carriers do you use to ship my orders?
At the present time we only use FedEx Ground to make our deliveries.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, FedEx Ground does not delivery to P.O. Boxes.
Can I receive notification when new items go on sale?
Yes. You can sign up to receive an e-mail for new sales at the bottom of the Home Page.

What kind of paint do you use on your wooden toys?
We only use child safe, lead free paint. The owner of ImagiPLAY guarantees this.
Are your cardboard wall building blocks really "crush-"proof"?
YES, they sure are! I had a girlfiend take pictures of me, not only assemblying them but standing on them; and, I am not a "light-weight"! You can see the pictures on my About Us Page/About Our Products (scroll about half way down, please).
Where are your toys shipped from?
All our Cardboard Building Block Toy Sets are shipped from Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. All other products, puzzles, wooden play sets, etc., are shipped from Boulder, Colorado. (Remember, in the winter months Colorado gets a lot of snow and shipping can sometimes be delayed.)
I am looking for some good resource sites for quality toys, children's book reviews and general educational help materials, do you provide such helps?
Yes, I certainly do. I am not only selling well-made toys I regularly do searches for other sites with quality toys, book reviews, Sunday School and home-school, parent and teacher helps, etc. I am also adding, on a regular basis, free printable coloring pages, homework help and information about the animals and environments that will help you while playing and teaching your children. I also look for teaching helps for kids that are learning their abc's and numbers as well as reading helps. Look at both my Links pages as well as my Articles Page.
